Strengthening Exercises
We design tailored programs to strengthen muscles, prevent weakness and muscle atrophy, and improve arm, core, and leg strength for daily functions such as walking, eating, and dressing.
Education
We provide safety education for clients and caregivers to prevent falls and unwanted injuries. We also offer functional training to teach adaptive methods for transitions and mobility, enhancing independence and quality of life.
Mobility and Balance
We conduct gait retraining exercises, static and dynamic balance exercises, and prescribe mobility aids to improve clients' walking abilities.
Endurance
We provide endurance training to help clients increase their stamina and overall physical endurance.
Pain and Muscle Stiffness Reduction
We offer a wide range of treatments, including dry needling/acupuncture, active and passive stretching, and soft tissue massage, to reduce pain, prevent muscle contracture and other secondary impairments.
Equipment
Prescribe suitable mobility aids and orthotics for clients to improve their independence mobility.
Reports
We provide comprehensive written reports for NDIS funding purposes and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for the client.
